Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
If the COD option doesn’t appear on your screen, it is probably because the facility is unavailable on your postal code. You can simply use another payment mode like pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or you can change the address and get the product delivered to an alternate address where COD facility is available.
Are there any hidden charges?
We have absolutely no hidden charges for any of our products. All the prices are transparent to you.
What do I do if my payment fails?
When there is a failed payment, please retry or check your internet connectivity..
*Things to take care while placing the order-
Please confirm if the details like account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking) are correct.
- If at all an account has been debited even after a payment failure, it usually rolls back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any other assistance, you can email us at info@freakindia.in.
How long does it take for my order to get delivered?
Once the order is shipped, it usually gets delivered in 1-5 business days in metro cities, and 4-7 business days in the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the address and the factors like gazetted holidays, weather conditions, pandemic etc.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Yes, there are additional charges to the delivery and they remain the same PAN India.
What if my order is not delivered?
In this case, undelivered orders come back to us and we process a refund as reward points to your FreakIndia account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
What are the terms of the Return Policy?
- Patrons can put a return request within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
- If our team finds out that the product is worn, washed or soiled, we may refuse to return the product.

How do I cancel my order?
- Orders that are not shipped can be cancelled immediately by logging into your FreakIndia account by clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’ option
- Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to do anything.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
Returns - The product amount and 100 for courier will be added as points to your The Souled Store account.
Cancellations - If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.
Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days and a refund as reward points will take 24-48 hours.
