You can easily shop our product through our online store and choose the mode of payment according to your convenience. If you have any query, please feel free to contact our customer service email@example.com. All merchandise remains our property until the payment is made. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the concerned authorities.
Freak India reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time gets affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. Freak India holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online store.
All shipments are sent by our courier partners depending on the state you reside in. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, VAT and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping location.

While using your cards, you pay immediately at checkout. You can also opt for cash on delivery and pay at the very moment you receive the product. Information related to your cards is encrypted and secured. Freak India reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.

- In order to maintain hygiene, we may decline returns if we find merchandise has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.

- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

You will receive your refund through the same payment method as you placed your order. It may take up to 7 working days before the money credit in your account. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details.
Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
